history.
eva is a quiet vampire with a dark and spotted history. she was assigned male at birth and was raised in the catholic faith.
she was changed late in the nineteenth century by a rich noble woman who took interest in her former life. after awakening into immortality, eva fully realized her true self. the vampire who changed her, however, did not accept this change and lashed out against her.
like many other vampires, eva has killed people to quench her thirst for blood. this has weighed heavily on eva's psyche, as she is not in any way proud of the lives lost because of her. she oftens sinks into dark periods of guilt and shame. as one of the many ways she punishes herself, she keeps a memory of each person. this attempt at penance contributes to her mental state.
despite a shy and initially distant personality, eva is truly a hopeless romantic and wants nothing more than to be loved for who she is. only through finding love will she learn that her past does not define who she is, and there is always time to make yourself who you want to be.

important: if you portray a human character, please do not give your character the knowledge that eva is a vampire. it is kept hidden for her own safety and is only revealed in one of two ways. if she feeds on you, or if a relationship develops sufficiently between the two (this requires a great deal of trust). it is something eva must choose to disclose.
do not be hesitant to ask any questions that may arise about the character or the willingness of the writer to take part in a given idea or storyline.
her mood and thirst will greatly affect how she reacts to interactions. if she hasn't fed in a long time, she is going to be very focused and preoccupied with blood. her thoughts will frequently return to a partner's pulse or the scent of their blood.
eva's preferred locations to bite a human are the neck, thighs, and wrists. she will often use seduction to get close to her intended meal. as with her sexuality, she prefers to feed on women.
eva is also a highly sexual individual and often times the threshold of physical intimacy will be crossed. in order to feed, a vampire can't help but get in close. the close contact mixed with the rush to the senses can often lead to much more than just a bite.
in the event of a relationship, eva will have reservations deep down. no matter how deeply she loves someone, she knows that a relationship between a human and a vampire can only end in one of two ways. they both end in death.
if her partner wants to be changed, it will take a lot of consideration for eva. she does not value herself as a vampire. her upbringing has instilled deeply rooted ideas of the damning of her soul. she will also simply not want to hurt someone she loves. it can be done, but it will have to be a serious event with serious consequences. this is not something small to ask of her.

eva is strictly a lesbian, usually preferring cisgender women but open to anyone who identifies as female. she is a trans woman assigned male at birth. her sexual orientation is not up for discussion/debate nor is her gender identity.

formerly residing in germany, writer is now a canadian immigrant. scheduling is according to western canadian time and will mostly reflect that however the writer has trouble sleeping and will occassionally appear at odd hours.
inspirations in media include things with an emphasis on transformation and the ideas of becoming more than what you were so as to better embody who you truly are within. vampires in most popular media and exos from destiny are two of the main examples.
most of the time the writer will avoid out of character drama however this does not extend to things that relate to social causes that are of great importance.
